We want you to love your bold new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused and unopened Punky Colour products. If your color isn't a perfect match, our team is here to help you find the right shade or process a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
